After Sarwanam gave birth to street theatre, various INGOs like Family Planning Association of Nepal, Save The Children started using street theatre as a means to advocate their messages to the general masses. In a developing country like Nepal, Street theatre instantly became popular. While entertaining and engaging the audience, it also proved as a very powerful tool to deliver social messages.
